Buckeye Recovery House
Transparent & Fair

Admissions & Fees

We believe in transparent, fair admission policies. Learn about our process, fee structure, and what to expect as a resident of Buckeye Recovery Housing.

Fee Structure

Our fee model is designed to be accessible while supporting sustainable operations.

Resident-Driven Length of Stay

There is no mandatory minimum or maximum length of stay. Residents stay as long as they need and benefit from the structured environment, provided they remain in compliance with house rules.

Income-Based Resident Fee Model

Resident fees are based on a sliding scale according to income. We work with each individual to establish a fair, manageable payment plan.

90-Day Grace Period

Newly admitted residents who are unemployed receive a 90-day grace period to secure employment before full resident fees apply.

Note: Specific fee amounts are discussed during the admission process. We work with each individual to establish an appropriate payment plan based on their circumstances.

No-Refund Policy

Resident fees are non-refundable once paid. This policy allows us to maintain consistent operations and hold beds for incoming residents. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.

We encourage residents to carefully consider their commitment before admission and to communicate with staff about any anticipated changes in circumstances.

Move-Out Expectations

When you are ready to transition out of recovery housing, we ask that you:

  • Provide reasonable notice before planned move-out
  • Return any house-issued items (keys, linens, etc.)
  • Complete final room inspection with staff
  • Settle any outstanding resident fees
  • Participate in exit discussion if desired
