At Buckeye Recovery Housing, protecting resident rights is fundamental to our mission. This page outlines your rights as a resident, which are protected by our policies and ORH standards.
Every resident of Buckeye Recovery Housing is entitled to fair, respectful treatment. These rights cannot be waived and apply throughout your stay.
Dignity & Respect
You have the right to be treated with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times by staff and other residents.

Privacy
You have the right to privacy in your personal affairs, belongings, and communications within reasonable house guidelines.
- Personal space respected within shared living areas
- Private communications (phone, mail) not monitored without cause
- Personal belongings treated with respect
- Reasonable notice before room inspections when possible
Non-Discrimination
You have the right to equal treatment regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
